My Approach to support you in improving your child’s sleep is easy:

Sleep education:
I will tell you WHY sleep is so important for your child’s well-being. (This will answer a lot of your questions and help you take a step forward into making a change to your child’s sleep habits.)
An easy to follow up step-by-step plan:
I will create an easy-to-follow plan that lets you make choices about what is the most supportive approach for your child (All children are different, and nobody knows your child better than you do).

I am very aware that the 1st step into admitting that you need help or accepting to make a change is not easy for you or for people you love. And this is something I respect just like I respect and acknowledge that every family has its individual parenting style; I’ve placed so much emphasis on accommodating different parenting styles within my programs. I will make sure you feel comfortable with the plan and that you are confident that you can do it.
